Our home accessories items are shipped via UPS and USPS. All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase. Delivery confirmation is included with each shipment.

LOCAL PICK-UP
If you live in the Charlotte or surrounding area, you may also arrange to have your furniture or fragile, heavy, large, oddly shaped item picked up and delivered to your home via Moovr Retail Delivery. You can book your pick online or download the app. Our zip code is 28079.

NATIONWIDE WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING
We work with several carriers to provide white glove delivery for items that are fragile, heavy, large, oddly shaped or that need extra care. Carriers will blanket wrap (meaning wrap the item in blankets) and handle with extra care when placing in your home.
Please note that depending on your location and the destination of the item, delivery can vary between 10-20 business days after item(s) are purchased.

ALREADY HAVE A SHIPPING SERVICE?
We are happy to work with your own preferred service. Our zip code for shipping quotes is 28079. When using your own arranged shipping method, please review their policies and purchase additional insurance if necessary. We are diligent in protecting your purchases for shipment, however if damage occurs while being picked up or during shipping, it is the responsibility of the buyer and shipper used.

All items listed as “vintage” that have been professionally painted, refinished or reupholstered and are purchased as-is. Buyer acknowledges that as with any vintage item, there will be imperfections and minor flaws - there are no refunds or exchanges. We offer no warranties on vintage or refinished/reupholstered items after items leave our shop.
Should you have any reservations about an item, feel free to ask questions or request additional pictures before purchasing. We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final.
